Cream Cheese Mix

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs


  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 8 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water


  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 brioche hamburger buns


  • Prepare the cream cheese mixture by combining the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and Italian herbs. Set aside in four portions.
  • For the burgers, thoroughly mix the ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Split this mix into eight equal portions, then shape them into balls and subsequently flatten them to get 1/4″ thick patties. Place a dollop of the cream cheese mix on four patties, cover each with another patty, and gently press their edges together.
  • Grill these stuffed patties, placing a slice of provolone cheese on each during the last moments to melt.
  • For the creamy garlic sauce: In a saucepan, combine the garlic, garlic powder, and water. Let it boil until the water nearly evaporates. Stir in the heavy cream, parsley, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with water and add this into the sauce to thicken it.
  • Assemble the burgers by laying a burger patty on each bun, drizzling the creamy garlic sauce over, adding any other preferred toppings, and capping off with the bun top.
