BIGELOW CABINS
Experience unparalleled comfort and accessibility in our 600 square-foot, single-story Bigelow rental cabins, which are fully ADA compliant and designed to accommodate 2-8 guests. With a minimum occupancy of 2 on weekdays and 4 on weekends (with a two-night stay), these cabins are perfect for couples and small groups. If your party is smaller than the minimum occupancy, you can still rent the cabin by paying for the minimum occupancy. Keep in mind that rental occupancy minimums can be reduced if you include trip packages, rentals, or meal packages.

KENNEBEC CABINS
Discover the ultimate group getaway experience in our expansive 1500 square-foot Kennebec Cabins, which comfortably sleep 6-16 guests across two floors. With a 6-guest minimum on weekdays and an 8-guest, two-night minimum on weekends (including Fridays, Saturdays, and long weekends), these cabins are perfect for small to large groups. Keep in mind that Kennebec Cabins’ occupancy minimums can be reduced if you include trip packages, rentals, meal packages, or have youth and larger group sizes.
The Kennebec Cabins feature two spacious bedrooms on the first floor, each with two double beds, along with a generous living room that houses two double futons. Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a refreshing shower, and stay entertained and connected with cable TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi access. On the second floor, you’ll find eight twin beds, two double beds, and three cots, offering plenty of sleeping options for your group.

FLAGSTAFF CABINS
Introducing the magnificent Flagstaff Cabins, our largest and most luxurious accommodations, spanning a generous 2300 square feet across two stories. These fully ADA-compliant cabins are meticulously designed to cater to groups ranging from 8 to 36 guests, offering the perfect blend of comfort, style, and functionality.
The first floor boasts two well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a cozy queen-sized bed and a versatile double/twin bunk bed. Additionally, the first floor houses a spacious living room, a dedicated dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a refreshing shower, cable TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi access. Step outside to enjoy the sheltered front porch and make use of the outdoor fireplace and grill for memorable gatherings.
On the second floor, you’ll find a comfortable living area, an additional dining space, a bathroom, a shower, and an efficiency kitchen complete with a sink, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, and a table with place settings. Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout the cabin.
The second floor also features three generously-sized bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a queen bed, a double bed, and one twin bed, while the second bedroom offers one queen bed, one double/twin bunk, and one twin bed. The third bedroom is perfect for larger groups, with five double bunk beds. Each floor can be rented separately or together, as they have separate entrances.
With a minimum occupancy of 8 guests on weekdays and a 12-guest, two-night minimum on weekends (including Fridays, Saturdays, and long weekends), the Flagstaff Cabins provide an exceptional value for medium to large groups. Keep in mind that minimums are lower if you opt for meal packages.

PREMIUM BUNKHOUSE CABINS
Discover our exceptional Premium Bunkhouse Cabins in Bingham, Maine, the perfect choice for those seeking an upgraded lodging experience or when our larger cabins with kitchens and baths are fully booked. These delightful Premium Bunkhouses boast charming knotty pine interiors and exteriors, topped with striking green metal roofs – a smaller, yet equally enchanting version of our bigger cabins.
Each cozy unit accommodates up to 8 guests, with all bedding and linens thoughtfully provided. Enjoy convenient walking access to showers, bathrooms, and changing rooms, while experiencing the comforts of electricity, an outdoor water faucet, an outdoor fireplace, and a picnic table situated right next to the breathtaking Kennebec River. Although the cabins do not have air conditioning, they feature cathedral ceiling fans and three windows for ample ventilation. Nestled under the shade of riverside trees, you can expect a refreshing breeze flowing in from the river.
Adults can relish in this idyllic haven at a mere $34 per person, per night, plus tax, while youths can enjoy the same comforts for just $24 per person, per night, plus tax. With a capacity of 8 guests, these bunkhouses provide a cost-effective option for couples and groups alike. ENJOY MAINE’S BACKCOUNTRY ON AN ATV
Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime! If you’re 21 years or older, you can rent an ATV and explore Maine’s incredible wilderness like never before. Those aged 18 with a driver’s license can operate an ATV, while youngsters aged 5 and up can enjoy the thrill of riding alongside an adult on a Side-by-Side.
Please note that ATVs are strictly prohibited on the Bingham Resort Base airfield at any time (unless authorized by the Main Office). North Country Rivers personnel may ask those found driving on the airfield to leave the premises.

NORTH COUNTRY RIVERS
Get ready to hit the trails and experience the excitement of Maine’s great outdoors! If you prefer to bring your own ATV or Side-by-Side, we welcome you to do so. Just remember that all ATVs must be registered in Maine with the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife (Resident Fee – $34; Non-Resident Fee – $69).
No need to worry about registration – it’s a breeze! You can easily register your ATV at the local town office in Bingham, which is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you’re arriving outside of these hours or prefer a more convenient option, the local General Store in Bingham is an authorized registration facility. It’s just two miles north of North Country Rivers base, and their hours of operation are as follows:
- Monday – Friday: 5:30 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
