Ingredients

Cream Cheese Mix

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs

Burgers

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 8 teaspoons garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Extras

  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 brioche hamburger buns

Instructions

  • First, let’s whip up the cream cheese mixture. We’ll blend together creamy, tangy cream cheese with minced garlic and zesty Italian herbs. But hold on tight, we’re not stopping there! We’ll divide this delicious mixture into four portions, ensuring each patty is bursting with creamy goodness.
  • Now it’s time for the main event – the burgers themselves. We’ll mix together juicy ground beef with a dash of garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create eight perfectly seasoned portions. We’ll form them into balls and then flatten them into mouth-watering patties that are 1/4″ thick. But here’s where the magic happens – we’ll add a generous spoonful of the creamy cheese mixture to the center of four of the patties. Then we’ll top them with the remaining four patties and gently press them together to create a colossal burger experience.
  • Next, we’ll throw those beauties on the grill and cook them to perfection. We’ll add a slice of provolone cheese to each burger and let it melt into a gooey, cheesy heaven. But what’s a burger without a sauce? We’ll mix up a creamy garlic burger sauce that will bring everything together. We’ll boil garlic and garlic powder until nearly evaporated and then mix in heavy cream, fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. We’ll thicken the sauce with a mixture of cornstarch and water until it’s perfectly creamy and ready to take your taste buds on a wild ride.
  • Finally, we’ll assemble everything onto soft and buttery brioche buns. We’ll spoon on that creamy garlic burger sauce, add a fresh tomato slice, and top it off with the other half of the bun. And there you have it – a burger experience that’s packed with flavor and ready to impress. Get ready for an explosion of taste in every bite!
